Located only 1.5 km from the centre of Borovets, the luxuriously equipped Villas Jagoda and Malina offer 2 types of accommodation surrounded by fragrant pine trees.

The resort centre offers diverse entertainment, ski runs and lifts.

The Jagoda villas are built in a Finnish style; some of them have their own sauna. The Malina villas have 2 floors and are built in a Polish mountain style.

Each villa has a living room with soft furniture and a TV set, a bedroom, a bathroom as well as a kitchen with all necessary equipment. There are also terraces with benches.

The complex provides volleyball, basketball and soccer sports grounds as well as table tennis and playgrounds for children.
