This hotel has a delocalised reception desk. Check-in formalities have been prepared before your arrival.

x) On your arrival day, you will communicate with the reception desk through an interphone.
x) The receptionist will ask you your confirmation number. This number will give you access to the hotel and then to your room.
x) The receptionist will then call you in your room to describe the characteristics of the hotel and answer all the questions you may have.
x) During your stay, you can call the reception desk at any time by dialing 11 from your room.
x) Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Guests are kindly requested to advise the reception desk of any changes regarding the check out dates. Late changes will be charged with the following night.
