Convict Zuoz

The Convict Zuoz is located on the edge of the village, yet only 5 minutes' walk from the Zuoz Train station. It offers good-value rooms, tasty food and free parking.

Mainly serving as a boarding house for pupils attending a school in the Engadine, the Convict Zuoz also provides simply furnished rooms with washbasins and shared bathrooms for travellers.

Shops, banks, restaurants and the lift to the Zuoz Ski Area can be reached within a 5-minute walk or by bus.

Tasty Swiss cuisine is served on a half-board basis, but usually you can also have lunch or dinner without prior reservation.

Additional facilities include a TV room, billiard and table football, internet stations and a library with a cosy seating area. There is also a storage room for bikes and skis.

Outdoors there is a multi-purpose sports court, a playground and a barbecue area. The cross-country track starts right next to the Convict.
