Raekoja Residence with 9 apartments is located on Raekoja Square (Town Hall Square) and is therefore on a prime site in the middle of the Old Town. There are fully furnished 2-bedroom business class apartments, located just in front of the Town Hall (address: Raekoja sq 8). Most of apartments are with sauna and sofa-bed in living-room.

Raekoja Residence is offering serviced apartments. All apartments are spacious enough to feel your self like at home, to work or to receive guests or even cook them a delicious dinner. Staying with us you are staying in the middle of the unique old town of Tallinn.

Room information

All apartments are furnished and equipped to the highest standards. They are regularly serviced, with maid service and a weekly change of bed linen.

All apartments have 2 bedrooms (either with 2 single beds or 1 large bed), a living room with open kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Most apartments also have a sauna and a sofa bed in the living room.

The fifth and sixth beds are sofa beds. These are extra beds with the prices shown in the extra bed policy. An additional extra bed could also be added in each apartment.

Area information

Raekoja Residence is located in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town, on the Town Hall Square (Raekoja square 8). The square and surrounding is full of restaurants and cafeterias, small shops ect. If you get lost in old town, you will always arrive to that square.

Travel information

Raekoja Residence is located in the pedestrian area of the old town, so some walking will be necessary. Taxis can only get within 100 metres of the building. Buses will stop in Viru square, around 400 metres away. Transfers to and from the apartments are available at an additional charge.

Important information

Please inform Raekoja Residence about the following:

1. Your arrival time in order to arrange a meeting for delivery of keys as there is no 24-hour reception.
2. If you need single beds or large beds.

Payment is due on arrival. The payment can be done in local currency. In case of arrival after 22:00, a late check-in fee will be charged. The same applies for early check-in (before 09:00), in which case an additional fee of 1 night will also be charged.
