Guests arriving after 21:00 will be subject to a EUR 20 surcharge.
Guests arriving after 23:00 will be subject to a EUR 40 surcharge.

Please note that the following mandatory cleaning fees are payable directly at the hotel:
1 - 7 nights: EUR 80
8 - 14 nights: EUR 100
15 - 21 nights: EUR 130

For stays longer than 7 nights, the apartments will be cleaned once a week, including a change of towels and sheets. An extra cleaning service is available upon request.

All apartments include bed linen and towels, which are changed weekly. They can be changed regularly at an additional cost.
