Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. Please specify an approximate arrival time of either 12:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 18:00 or 18:00 to 22:00. Please contact the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please bring a credit/debit card to the hotel, where the hotelier will need to take an imprint of your card to satisfy credit card legislation.

Please note that a GBP 2.00 surcharge applies for payments with credit card.

Group Cancellation Policy;
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, £25 will be charged.

If cancelled up to 72 hours before date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

When 3 or more rooms are booked the guest house will take a non refundable deposit of GBP 25 per room booked.
