This delightful farmhouse rests in quiet farmland close to the motorway network, an ideal location for Hams Hall, the NEC and famous Belfry golf course.

Managed by owners David and Janet Petch, and now firmly established in Curdworth Sutton Coldfield as an oasis of comfort, this is a traditional styled guest house. Highfield Farm facilities include a guest lounge with digital and Sky TV, a games room with full sized snooker table and an outdoor swimming pool (summer use only). There are several 1st class golf courses nearby. Curdworth village has 2 inn style restaurants. The hotel is strictly non-smoking.

Highfield Farm has a visitors' fire side lounge with Sky TV which you can relax in after a busy day at work or leisure. There are several walks nearby, as well as the the grand union canal 2 fields away. You can enjoy fishing and playing golf close by.

Room information

Our individually, recently redecorated twin and double rooms (centrally heated and with en suite bathrooms) create an ambience and character already synonymous with the guest house. The 2 single rooms share one luxurious bathroom with both bath and shower.

Highfield Farm is the perfect location for the following venues:

- the NEC (6 miles)
- Birmingham air and rail terminals (6 miles)
- the famous Belfry golf course and Kingsbury water park (one mile)
- Hams Hall industrial site, where BMW and many other international companies are situated (one mile).

Curdworth village has 2 pubs/restaurants and Birmingham city centre is just 5 miles away with all its many international restaurants and attractions, including the NIA and Broad Street canal side area. Local taxis can be arranged at all times.

Travel information

By Car:
Highfield Farm is situated at junction 9 of the M42 motorway and junction T2 of the M6 toll motorway.

- On leaving the M42 at junction 9, take the A4097 to Minworth and Sutton Coldfield.
- Proceed 100 yards (90 metres) and take the 1st left into Farthing Lane.
- Highfield Farm is the 1st building on the right.

- On leaving the M6 toll at junction T2, take the A446 to Coventry and follow the directions above (from the A4097).
