City of Norwich Aviation Museum (20 km / 12.5 miles) - featuring aircraft and other exhibits detailing Norfolk's rich aviation history. The collection features a Vulcan bomber and some of the civil and military aircraft that have flown in the area.
Blickling Hall (24 km / 15 miles) - one of East Anglia's greatest houses, dating back from the early 17th century with fine collections of furniture, pictures and tapestries.

From Norwich:
- From the ring road, take the A1151 signed for Wroxham.
- Keep on this road, following signs for Great Yarmouth. The hotel is approximately 8 km (5 miles) past Wroxham on the left.
From the A11 (avoiding Norwich):
- Upon approaching Norwich, take the A47 signed for Great Yarmouth.
- Follow until your reach a roundabout at Acle.
- Take the A1064 for 3.2 km / 2 miles.
- Turn left onto the B1152 and follow until you reach the junction with the A149 at Repps.
- Follow signs for North Walsham and Stalham.
- The hotel is approximately 2 km (1.5 miles) past Stalham on the right.
