Important information

At check-in guest are required to give EUR 100 deposit (cash or credit card) to cover eventual damages in the apartments. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, after checking the apartments.

During special seasons like Carnival, Easter, Christmas and New Year's the deposit will be EUR 300.
