Hidden away in a secluded sandy bay at Ova Buku, this friendly family-run hotel offers a unique experience.

Owned and staffed by Ogun's family for over 30 years, Ogun's Place is renowned in a number of international travel guides for its relaxed, informal atmosphere.

Comfortable, well-equipped rooms are complemented by traditional home-cooked food. The restaurant is popular throughout the area and you can also wake-up every morning to bread baked freshly on the premises!

Enjoy free access to beach sun loungers. There are swings and games for children, while local boat trips can be organised. You can even be loaned a mountain bike and dropped off amid the surrounding hillside scenery.

Food & beverage

Ogun's restaurant is famous with its home made traditional Turkish home-cooking. Staffed by family members, there are no less than 30 different mezze (appetisers, or snack dishes) and more than 15 different main courses on offer during high season - all freshly cooked with a genuinely personal touch. Fish is caught daily from the area and a personalised meal can be prepared for you on request.

Freshly baked bread is prepared at the hotel every morning.

Ogun's Place provides large and comfortable rooms. All of the rooms have air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a toilet and shower.

At the back of the hotel there is also a wooden chalet with 2 large triple rooms, and a spacious terrace.

By Air:
From Bodrum Airport (52 km):
Bus, dolmus (minibus) and ferry services can take you Datca. From here, dolmus services run to Ogun's Place 4 time per day in high season (less often in low season).

By Private Transfer:
Ogun's place has its own minibus which can sometimes pick people up, by prior arrangement. For more information, please contact them directly using the contact information supplied in your booking confirmation email.

By Boat:
You can moor your own boat on the private jetty, a large T-shaped construction adorned with flags of all nations. It is situated off a small bay behind Adatepe Burun. Coordinates are 36º 40' N 27º 34' E. Mooring costs approximately EUR 4.
